** If two or more presentations are to be given by the same person or by employees of the same company:
- For one paper, you will pay 6,000 TL + VAT = 7,200 TL (if you request an invoice, VAT will be charged; if you request a receipt, only 6,000 TL will be charged).
- For two papers, you will pay 7,200 TL + VAT = 8,640 TL (if you request an invoice, VAT will be charged; if you request a receipt, only 7,200 TL will be charged).
- For three papers, you will pay 10,800 TL + VAT = 12,960 TL (if you request an invoice, VAT will be charged; if you request a receipt, only 10,800 TL will be charged).

*** The person/institution/company making the payment is responsible for sending the payment receipts to otomotiv@kocaeli.edu.tr.

**** Companies requesting an invoice should send their receipts to otomotiv@kocaeli.edu.tr and will then receive a letter template. This template must then be completed, signed and submitted to the symposium secretariat during the symposium.

***** Payments made in cash on the day of the symposium will not be issued with an invoice or receipt.
